Clay for Guys with Jordan Danger

• 4 week course 
• $240.00 plus HST, includes 1/2 bag of clay and use of studio tools and glazes.
• Students need to bring their own aprons and indoor shoes.

This introduction to clay is just for guys! Getting into a new hobby can feel intimidating, but this course is designed to be fun, easy, and social.

• Join us to make a mug or stein, a taco tray, and a personal chip and dip bowl.
• All 3 projects are done without a wheel, making them easier for newbies.
• Projects can be customized to your own personality, when you'll learn to colour and decorate your work.
• It's something new to try with a group of like-minded guys.
• Enroll with a friend and try something new.  

Jordan Danger is an award-winning visual artist who has worked in a variety of media over the past twenty years. She is a consummate sculptor and sgraffito artist with a special focus on animal forms. Her works have been used in multiple municipal and NGO projects, and she is known for her adaptive range of styles. Her teaching experience ranges from the Ottawa School of Art to Algonquin College, where she received the Award for Exceptional Teaching. Jordan prides herself on being a supportive, approachable teacher, and aims to help each student discover their own best skills.  The following photos are samples of Jordan's work.
